Bonjour, I'm Léa
When you look for someone you can trust with your body, you are not only looking for a technique. You are looking for someone you will hand your back to, your worries, and often a small part of your story.
So this page is about me, so you know a little more about whose hands you are in.
To tell you who I am, I should first tell you who I was
I was living in Paris, working in healthcare. Busy, stressed, eating out constantly, and rarely moving.
Then came a health diagnosis that forced me to stop and reassess everything. My habits, my environment, my mindset.
That was the turning point. It led me to explore the link between the body, the nervous system and the way we live. And eventually, to build my career around chiropractic care.
Since then I have looked at both conventional and holistic approaches, and found that the body can function and adapt more effectively when it is given the right conditions.
My goal is simple: to help you regain confidence in your body.
Training and accreditation
It started with five years at the Barcelona College of Chiropractic. Chiropractic does not stop at graduation, and the human body has never stopped surprising me, so I kept going.
Syntropy technique
A precise approach that respects the body's tissues. This is what I use day to day.
Pregnancy and paediatric care, ICPA
Certified by the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association.
Motor development from 0 to 2 years
Including primitive reflexes and their integration.
Extremity adjusting with Atle Torstensen
Shoulders, knees, ankles, wrists and jaw.
Gonstead technique
Twelve seminars over five years. It is how I was first trained to think about a spine, even though my practice has since moved in a different direction.
My degree comes from the Barcelona College of Chiropractic, a five year programme accredited by the European Council on Chiropractic Education, the body that sets the standard for chiropractic training across Europe.
Chiropractic is recognised as a health profession by the World Health Organization, and is a regulated profession in France, the United Kingdom, the United States, Portugal, Denmark, Switzerland and others. Not in Spain, though. As you may have gathered from the rather long legal notice at the bottom of this page. 🙂
Registered with the Spanish Chiropractic Association, licence number 1668.
